Acciaio Lounge Chair, Cappellini

The Acciaio Lounge armchair from Italian manufacturer Cap Design S. p.A.. Frame inspired by the classic steel racing Bicycle. It is constructed from tapered iron Bicycle tubes varnished in powder blue, red and butter. The result is strikingly strong and light. Seat and backrest is a perforated leather a comfortable and slightly flexible. Acciaio the name comes from the Italian word for "steel", obviously having in mind the heritage of Italian steel used for bicycles. Steel Lounge is a precious product where high technology and craftsmanship is blended.
